About Us

Kimberly A Perry, LMBT 2848

I have been a licensed massage therapist and small business owner in Raleigh for twelve years. During this time, I have expanded my education and knowledge to better attend the needs of my clients in an atmosphere that promotes exceptional customer service. I believe my ability to access the client’s concerns, address the muscles in question and treatment plan a course for improvement directly results in my professional and personal success. I am very confident that my deep tissue massage combined with neuromuscular, trigger point and other modalities can provide much relief for a multitude of symptoms from every day activity to athletic training. I am also certified in Pregnancy massage for expectant moms, Geriatric massage for senior citizens and most recently acquired, Kinesio Taping and Massage Cupping.

As a Raleigh small business owner it is necessary to set an example with hands on contributions for our local non-profits. I work continuosly with animal, children and other charities, donating my time and energy as well as massages to be auctioned during fundraising events. It has been a privilege to participate in every charity event and fundraiser because I believe that supporting the community in which we live is consequential to its economic success and growth.

In 2012, I became an Approved Provider for NCBTMB to teach massage continuing education. My dedication to my profession inspired the desire to teach affordable, local continuing education classes for other massage therapists. I wanted to provide applicable hands on courses which directly benefit the most common client complaints. Massage therapy is a skillfully used tool when in knowledgeable, experienced hands.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking, music, scuba diving with my husband, raising our golden retriever, Freedom and spending time with my two grown children who both make me very proud. My extended family and friends keep me loving, laughing and living an extraordinary life for which I am extremely grateful.

Leacy Smith Lada, LMBT 6590

An appointment with Leacy will likely include techniques from multiple massage modalities. Relaxing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports massage can be integrated with passive stretching and range of motion, gentle compression techniques from Ortho-Bionomy, Trigger Point therapy and Myofascial Release. Leacy is also certified in Prenatal Massage and caters to expectant mothers. Leacy has benefited from the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. People seek out massage for different reasons and Leacy listens intently to each client's goals for the session and then customizes their massage experience to best reach those goals. This may mean a full body massage or focusing on a specific area or muscle group that visit. It is important to discuss this in some detail each and every appointment as your goals can change. Leacy received her massage training at Wake Technical Community College in 2005 and has kept her license current through continuing education. Leacy enjoys the process of figuring out how the body is going to move and respond to pressure. It is a great gift to be able to make a significant difference in how people feel. Leacy's goals with every appointment include treating the body as a whole, calming the mind and lifting the spirit.
